One of my best experiences so far in my college experience has been cheerleading. We had our first girls game last Saturday and our girls are amazing. I love basketball so cheerleading gives me an excuse to attend all of the games. For those of you who don’t have an excuse, you should come out anyways because our teams rock!
The first boys game was Monday night and the stands were packed full of fans cheering on our Rams. We played Faulkner and the game was close until the end when we slowly began to pull away. I think that the fans are an inspiration and encouragement to the players. It was great to hear everyone yelling “Go Rams” as our guys ran down the court and scored. The game was great and I loved being a part of the experience.
For those of you who don’t have a schedule of the games, one is available on our school’s website and I highly suggest that everyone come out. We have another guys game tonight and I hope to see you all there! Go Rams!!!
