Here we are about to head off to Hamburg in about 8 hours! After 2 weeks of preparation, we are going to the musical theatre intensives in Hamburg. Everyone has been packing up their duffel bags and rehearsing music in order to be ready to go at 2 am!! These next three days may be the most intense we’ve had. We will be going to dance class, masterclasses, and performing at the Joop Van Ende Academy. It is a very exciting but also nerve-racking time! I have been constantly reminding myself that worry is a sin and just to rest in Jesus through this experience and He keeps proving Himself faithful. We have almost eight hours of travel by bus ahead of us tomorrow so there will be plenty of time to sleep then. But all of us are trying to keep our bodies healthy and go to bed early. We also all stocked up on food for our trip. Our gracious hostess here at the Hotel zur Post had all kinds of sandwich stuff and fruit and candy set out for us to take. Needless to say, I have a full backpack! Pray for all of the participants here for safety as we travel and wisdom and grace as we encounter some influential people and great opportunities in Hamburg.
